退货退款政策 Return & Exchange Policy

不可受理的情况

以下情形将无法受理退货或换货:

  • 因个人原因(如尺寸、颜色、风格改变想法)提出的退换。
  • 商品已穿着、已使用,或有明显使用痕迹(除商品在未使用前即存在瑕疵外)。
  • 未提前与我们联系而直接寄回的商品,或在商品送达后 超过 7 日 才提出的问题(包含瑕疵品)。
  • 因顾客个人使用不当或保管不当导致的破损、污损。
  • 无法完整退回商品本体及其所有附属物、包装、吊牌等内容物。

关于瑕疵品处理

如您收到的商品存在瑕疵,请于 商品到货后 7 日内 与我们联系。

  • 若商品有库存,我们将为您 更换新品(有库存时不提供退款)。
  • 若无库存可更换,我们将接受退货,并 承担往返运费
  • 瑕疵品的退款将退还:商品金额、消费税、运费及相关手续费
  • 请以任意邮寄或快递方式将商品寄回,并务必在包裹上清楚标注您的姓名。

Cases Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges in the following situations:

  • Requests made for personal reasons (e.g., size, color, or change of mind).
  • Items that have been worn, used, or show any signs of wear (except in cases where the item arrived with defects before use).
  • Items returned without prior contact, or issues reported more than 7 days after the item’s arrival (including defective items).
  • Damage or stains caused by improper use or handling by the customer.
  • Items that cannot be returned in full, including missing accessories, packaging, tags, or any included components.

Defective Items

If your item arrives with an initial defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • If a replacement is in stock, we will arrange an exchange (refunds are not offered when exchanges are possible).
  • If no replacement stock is available, we will accept a return and cover all return shipping costs.
  • Refunds for defective items will include: product price, tax, shipping fee, and any applicable handling fees.
  • You may return the item using any postal or courier service, but please ensure your name is clearly written on the package.
