7. 包裹被退回的情况

若因联系方式不正确、地址无法投递或收件人拒收导致包裹退回，

我们将从退款中扣除 40 美元 作为国际退运费用。

7. Returned or Undeliverable Shipments

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, unreachable contact number, or refusal to receive the package,

a fee of USD 40 will be deducted to cover the international return shipping cost.

For hygiene and health reasons, pet clothing cannot be returned or exchanged.
